365K-sf office building underway in Dallas

​​DALLAS ​​– ​Hillwood Urban and USAA Real Estate have started on Victory Commons One, a 365,000-sf office building in Uptown.

Designed by BOKA Powell, the building wi​ll be on 8.5 acres at 2601 Victoria Ave.

Amenities will include a rooftop terrace, ground-floor tenant lounge, and coffee bar.

Completion is slated for November 2021. ​
