MANOR – The Strategic Housing Finance Corporation and ICON Builders are developing Austin Manor Apartments, a 280-unit affordable housing development at 6625 E. Parmer Ln.
All of the units will be reserved for renters earning 60 percent or less of the area median income.
Amenities will include a pool, clubhouse, playground, and sports courts.
Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital provided a $42.6 million Freddie Mac permanent loan for the project.
