DALLAS – Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, a division of Arca Continental, is moving its headquarters from Farmers Branch to the Two Lincoln Centre tower.
The tenant will move into its 31,000-sf suite late this year.
Nuveen Real Estate owns the 1.6 million-sf Lincoln Centre complex, which is undergoing major renovations. It is at the southeast corner of LBJ Fwy. and the Dallas North Tollway.
Cushman & Wakefield and JLL negotiated the lease.
