Coca-Cola signs office lease in Lincoln Centre

​​​​​DALLAS – ​Coca-Cola Southwest​ Beverages, a division of Arca Continental, is moving its headquarters from Farmers Branch to the Two Lincoln Centre tower. 

The tenant will move into its 31,00​0-sf suite late this year. 

Nuveen Real Estate owns the 1.6 million-sf Lincoln Centre ​complex, which is undergoing major renovations. It is at the southeast corner of LBJ Fwy. and the Dallas North Tollway. 

Cushman & Wakefield​​​ and JLL negotiated the lease.
