WACO – The Triliji Group is developing the Encompass Health Center, a 40-bed physical rehab center.
It will create 90 jobs.
The center will anchor The Heights, a 27-acre mixed-use development on Loop 340 between Old Robinson Rd. and SH 77. It is within a tax increment reinvestment zone.
