McKINNEY – KDC has completed a 100,000-sf corporate campus for SRS Distribution Inc.
The four-story, Class A building is within the Hub 121 mixed-use development. It will house about 150 employees.
Construction began in March 2019. It topped out last October.
Gensler designed the project, and Adolfson & Peterson was the general contractor.
