DALLAS – Houston-based Hilltop Residential has purchased Lookout Apartments in the Lake Highlands Town Center.
Built in 2016, the four-story, 259-unit project is off Skillman St. near Walnut Hill Ln.
The apartments were sold by an affiliate of Cypress Real Estate Advisors, which owns the 70-acre Lake Highlands Town Center.
