SAN ANTONIO – Hixon Properties Inc. and the Cavender family have completed The Soto, a 140,600-sf mass timber office building at the corner of 8th and Broadway Streets.
The project is the first phase of Hixon’s 8.5-acre mixed-use development. The second phase will be an entertainment area with an open courtyard and food and beverage concepts.
Lake Flato Architects and BOKA Powell LLC were the designers. Byrne Construction was the general contractor.
