IRVING – HelloFresh SE is planning a 375,000-sf facility at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
The distribution center will be in HPI Real Estate Services’ Gateway Logistics Center 3 at 2700 Market St.
The facility will create 1,200 new jobs.
Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate negotiated the lease.
