AUSTIN – Aquila Commercial LLC is developing Midtown Point, a 170,000-sf office building at 6200 Middle Fiskville Rd.
The four-story building will sit on the 2.6-acre site of the demolished Highlander Hotel.
Construction will begin when a major lease is signed.
