SAN ANTONIO – Lynd Co. and the San Antonio Housing Authority are developing a 259-unit mixed-income apartment complex in the Tobin Hill neighborhood at 120 W. Josephine St.
The complex will reserve 104 units for people earning up to 80 percent of the area median income and 26 units for people making up to 60 percent.
The project will receive a property tax exemption for the duration of a 75-year lease.
