SAN ANTONIO – Convergence Brass LLC is developing The Granary at Briggs Ranch, an 865-acre mixed-use project 20 miles west of downtown.
The development will include 2,500 single-family homes, 1,900 apartments, and a central town square.
JDI Realty provided a $6.6 million bridge loan for the project.
