KYLE – Riverside, Mo.-based NorthPoint Development have purchased 74 acres west of I-35 at Kohlers Crossing.
The land will be home to NorthPoint’s first Austin-area project, Plum Creek Industrial Center, a four-building, Class A industrial center totaling 859,000 sf.
Phase one will include two buildings totaling 440,000 sf.
Colliers International will handle leasing.
