RICHARDSON – Hilltop Residential has purchased The Lyla, a 240-unit apartment community at 3521 Wilshire Way in the CityLine development.
Completed in 2018, the five-story apartment project is valued at more than $35 million.
The seller was JLB Residential, which built the property with Crow Holdings.
