MANOR – Work will start on The Grassdale at Manor, a 320-unit multifamily project in an opportunity zone.
The community will include one- to three-bedroom floor plans across ten garden-style buildings. There will be 579 parking spaces.
Colliers International arranged a $40.7 million Housing and Urban Development loan through a partnership with Old Capital Lending.
The Grassdale at Manor LLC is the developer.
