DALLAS – Harwood International will start this winter on a 27-story tower off Harry Hines Blvd. at Hunt St.
Called Harwood No. 14, the office building will have a two-story lobby, fitness center, multipurpose center, nine levels of parking, a 13,000-sf rooftop garden, and 12,000 sf of ground-floor restaurants.
Haynes and Boone will lease 125,000 sf in the building, making the move in late 2023. JLL negotiated the lease.
The tower is designed by HDF, Corgan, and Kengo Kuma and Associates.
