DALLAS – Triten Real Estate Partners spent has finished a $4 million office building renovation at the northeast corner of Belt Line Rd. and the Dallas North Tollway.
Rebranded as The Commons, the 90,000-sf building was constructed in the 1980s.
The building also got a new ground-floor tenant with the opening of a Velvet Taco restaurant.
CBRE is handling leasing.
