IRVING – Talley Riggins Construction Group is building a 83,000-sf industrial project at 8480 Esters Blvd. north of DFW International Airport.
The structure will include eight suites, each with 1,000 sf of office space, and a 9,000-sf warehouse.
Blackbird Studio Architects designed the project. Stream Realty is the project manager. The owner is PS Business Parks Inc.
Opening is set for the end of this year.
