SAN ANTONIO – Locally based Koontz Corp. has sold Foster Ridge Distribution Center to Conshohocken, Penn.-based Exeter Property Group.
The 327,00-sf, Class A facility at 6611 Lancer Blvd. delivered in October 2019. It has 32-ft clear heights, 75 dock-high doors, four ramps, ample trailer storage, 130-ft truck courts, and ESFR fire sprinkler system.
