SAN ANTONIO – Codevelopers Craig Glendenning and Uri Villarreal are finishing up work at the former Hedrick Building and the adjacent Voss Building at 601 and 617 N. St. Mary’s St.
The buildings will have retail and office space, restaurants, and 36 luxury apartment units. Units will range from 600 to 800 sf. Rents will range from $1,200 to $3,000 per month.
