Lewisville office building delivers

​​​​​LEWISVILLE – Bright Realty has completed Crown Centre at Castle Hills, a 109,000-sf office building.

The four-story, Class A building is the first phase of the Crown Centre mixed-use project.

The development will eventually consist of 35 buildings featuring three million sf of office space, 2,000 apartments, 140,000 sf of dining and retail space, 500 hotel rooms, and walking t​rails.

Hill & Wilkinson was the general contractor for phase one.​
