KATY – Montecito Medical Real Estate has purchased the newly built Mason Creek medical office building from Read King.
The 30,000-sf facility at 21820 Katy Fwy. was fully leased to Village Family Practice LLP and Memorial MRI & Diagnostics LLC at the time of sale.
Arch-Con Construction was the general contractor. Colliers International brokered the sale.
