GEORGETOWN – Ascension Seton is developing a medical office building in Wolf Lakes Village, a 164-acre planned mixed-use community at the corner of I-35 and US 29.
The 40,000- to 60,000-sf medical office building will include orthopedics and full outpatient imaging services such as X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and bone density testing.
The building will sit on 12 acres.
