AUSTIN – Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. has leased 44,051 sf in the Parmer 4.2 building at the Parmer Austin Business Park.
STG Design designed the office space, which will house 400 employees.
Developer Karlin Real Estate will expand the project by adding a 350,000-sf warehouse with an attached 120,000-sf office building at 825 E. Howard Ln.
