MINEOLA – Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of Wood Memorial Nursing Home.
The 115-bed senior-living facility at 320 Greenville Ave. was built in 1964.
Texas-based buyer purchased the property from a Central Texas seller for $7.4 million.
