ARLINGTON – Arlington Investment Properties LLC has purchased an industrial building from 109th Street LP.
Built in 2005, the 53,586-sf asset is at 1200 Gambrel Rd.
James Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer while LanCarte Commercial represented the seller.
