IRVING – Northland Properties Corp. plans to build the Sandman Signature Hotel on SH 161 near Carpenter Fwy.
The 205-room, six-story hotel will have a 6,788 sf, 224‐seat Moxie’s Grill restaurant with an outdoor patio.
It will be part of Blue Star Land’s 36-acre Star Park mixed-use development.
