Construction underway on the next phase of The Gate

$80M distribution project on the way in Forney

​FORNEY – Georgia-based Seefried Industrial Properties is building an $80 million industrial project in Petro-Hunt’s 2,000-acre Gateway Development on U.S. 80. QFC Industries inks 27K-sf industrial lease at Forum 303 Crossing

ARLINGTON – QFC Industries has signed a 26,250-sf industrial lease at Forum 303 Crossing.  The company will occupy space at the 172,6​23-sf Building A at 3201 E. Arkansas Ln.  NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant. CBRE represented the landlord. 208-acre Colony Park development moves forward

​AUSTIN – Catellus Development Corp. is developing Colony Park, a 208-acre mixed-use project near Decker and Loyola Lanes.
