FARMERS BRANCH – An entity connected with Virginia-based Golden Eagle Group has purchased Varsity Brands’ 139,290-sf headquarters.
Built in 2012, the three-story building at 14460 Varsity Brands Way is fully leased to Varsity Brands.
Dallas Central Appraisal District last assessed the property at $18 million.
