DALLAS – Hilltop Securities is redoing its 100,000-sf office at the top of the 717 N. Harwood St. tower.
Built in 1980, the tower, previously known as KPMG Centre, was renovated by an Austin-based investor in 2014.
Construction on the top four floors begins next month with completion set for March 2021.
The renovation is valued at $13 million.
Other building tenants include Omnitracs, Active Network, ReelFX, Roofstock Inc., and the American College of Education Inc.
