RICHARDSON – DebtBlue is relocating its head office from Addison to the former Campbell Glen II building at 1125 E. Campbell Rd.
The company is leasing more than 30,000 sf of offices in the building, which is owned by California-based Stanton Road Capital LLC.
Cushman & Wakefield handled the lease transaction.
