AUSTIN – Work will start next year on Velocity Crossing, a seven million-sf mixed-use development.
Plans include:

2,683 apartments,

2.9 million sf of office space,

585,000 sf of flex industrial and creative office space, and

310,000 sf for other commercial uses.
The project will be on 314 acres east of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport along the SH 130 toll road.
