HOUSTON – Los Angeles-based Banyan Residential has acquired the 375-unit Lofts at the Ballpark at 610 St. Emanuel St.
Built by Hanover about 20 years ago, the four-story asset is near the Houston Astros’ Minute Maid Field.
The seller was Bel Emanuel Holdings LLC.
The deal is Banyan’s first area purchase. Marble Capital is financial partner in the transaction.
