DALLAS – Frost Brown Todd is leasing 30,000 sf in the Class AA Rosewood Court tower at Cedar Springs Rd. and Pearl St.
The new location will replace two smaller area offices.
Rosewood Property Co. owns the building.
Other tenants include Megatel Homes, Petro-Hunt LLC, Korn Ferry, Peregrine Petroleum, and The Visa Group LLC.
