AUSTIN – The third and final building at the Paloma Ridge office park has delivered.
It is 50 percent preleased to tenants including LPL Financial, ZVRS, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. LPL and Hewlett Packard have started buildout of their spaces.
The three-story building has 55,000-sf floorplates and private terraces. Amenities include a fitness center, one-mile jogging trail, and outdoor amenity areas.
