SAN ANTONIO – MNO Partners is developing Oaks at River Road, a townhome project between Travis St. and E. Huisache Ave.
The project will be on the northern tip of the River Road Historic District.
The Austin-based developer is seeking final approval from the city after revising previous plans for the project, which was called Trail Street Townhomes.
