AUSTIN – Ledcor Property Investments Ltd. and Qualico are developing Starlight, a 323-unit apartment complex at the southeast corner of Manor Rd. and Alexander Ave.
The four-story building will also have retail space.
The developers purchased the 2.5-acre site from The Acton School of Business.
