AUSTIN – Houston-based Urban Genesis has broken ground on MLK Highline, a 201-unit apartment complex on two acres at 2832 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
The five-story property will feature one-bedroom units averaging 600 sf.
There will be 10,000 sf of retail space on the ground level.
Construction will be complete in first quarter 2022.
