FRISCO – Amazon has leased a new building in Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ Star Business Park off Preston Rd.
The 250,000-sf facility will serve as a fulfillment center.
In 2018, Blue Star Land bought the 200-acre Frisco Park 25 project for almost $38 million and renamed it Star Business Park.
Lincoln Property Co. is marketing the buildings.
Amazon will occupy the building in fall 2020.
