FORNEY – Georgia-based Seefried Industrial Properties is building an $80 million industrial project in Petro-Hunt’s 2,000-acre Gateway Development on U.S. 80.
The new building at Gateway Blvd. and Akron Way will be a more than one million-sf e-commerce fulfillment facility.
Construction will start in July and take a year to complete.
