AUSTIN – Catellus Development Corp. is developing Colony Park, a 208-acre mixed-use project near Decker and Loyola Lanes.
The development calls for 960,000 sf of commercial space and 3,031 housing units.
It will be the largest redevelopment of city-owned land since Mueller.
