Newline Interactive inks 49K-sf lease at Parc Northeast

​RICHARDSON – Newline Interactive Inc. has signed a lease at Parc Northeast, Jackson-Shaw’s Class A industrial development.  The manufacturer leased 48,160 sf in the 88,829-sf Building 3. Midland unemployment rate jumps to 10.2 percent

MIDLAND – The metro’s unemployment rate jumped to 10.2 percent in April, according to the Texas Workforce Commission.  Unemployment increased 6.8 percent from March and six times year over year.  Midland lost 14,700 total nonfarm jobs.
