SOUTHLAKE – Medici Development Partners is building District 114, a 94,990-sf mixed-use project north of SH 114 between Cherry Ln. and N. Kimball Ave.
The four-story building is part of the Kimball Park mixed-use development.
It will have 25,112 sf of ground-floor retail space, upper-level offices, a top-floor outdoor space, and a 320-space parking garage.
BOKA Powell designed the project. JLL arranged the construction funding with Happy State Bank & Trust.
