SAN ANTONIO – Presidian Hotels & Resorts is transforming the DoubleTree by Hilton San Antonio Airport hotel at 37 N.E. Loop 410 into Estancia del Norte.
The $10 million redevelopment will expand the lobby, renovate the banquet space, create a promenade that goes through the courtyard, and move the pool. It will also include the first brick-and-mortar restaurant by Don Strange of Texas.
All the rooms will be redone, and the number of rooms will be trimmed from 291 to 275.
Estancia del Norte will be affiliated with the Tapestry by Hilton Collection.
Construction will be complete in April 2021.
