McALLEN – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley has signed a 27,644-sf office lease on the fifth and sixth floors at 701 E. Expy. 83.
Occupancy will begin this August or September.
The 115,086-sf, Class A+ building is now over 50 percent leased.
