WALLER – ARCO Design/Build Southwest has finished two buildings at 19961 GH Circle for Archway Properties and AFGlobal.
Totaling 95,000 sf, the facilities will be used for manufacturing and testing oil drill rigs.
They are serviced by 14 overhead cranes and include an employee welfare area, mezzanine offices, fabrication shop, parts storage area, and 20 assembly bays.
