DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Nearly 6.2 million sf of industrial space was absorbed across the metro in 1Q2020, according to CBRE.
Marketwide vacancy rate decreased by nine basis points from the previous quarter to 5.7 percent.
Product under construction totaled 23.9 million sf and was 19.3 percent precommitted.
Around 5.5 million sf of industrial space delivered last quarter. The space was 39.4 percent precommitted.
