CONROE – The Signorelli Co. has hired D.R. Horton and First America Homes as builders in its affordable Granger Pines community along FM 3083 near Old Houston Rd.
More than 1,100 homes are planned for the 460-acre community, with 232 lots slated for the first phase.
Prices in phase one, where homes will range from 1,100 to 2,900 sf, are expected to start in the high $100,000s.
First America will build on 40-ft-wide lots, while D.R. Horton will build on 40- and 50-ft lots. Both builders are preselling home and will open models this spring.
Granger Pines includes 120 acres of green space, lakes, parks, and trails.
