DALLAS – HPI Real Estate Services & Investments has teamed up with Bandera Ventures to purchase the three-building Douglass Center office property at 8333, 8343, and 8303 Douglas Ave.
Totaling about 400,000 sf, the buildings include the:

16-story tower that is 75 percent leased to BBVA bank;

seven-story, 140,000-sf building that is 80 percent leased to tenants including JLL; and
-
4,000-sf bank building.
The buildings were sold by Lionstone Investments on behalf of the Oregon Public Employee Retirement System.
JLL brokered the purchase. Financing was provided by PGIM Real Estate.
HPI will oversee leasing and marketing.
