DALLAS – Colliers International has brokered the sale of White Rock Tower, a 72,551-sf office building at 6510 Abrams Rd.
Built in 1981 and renovated multiple times over the past five years, the five-story facility in the White Rock Submarket has over 60 tenants.
Colliers represented the seller and procured the buyer, which were both private investors.
