SUGAR LAND – A joint venture between Transwestern Development Corp. and Diamond Realty Investments has acquired 20.8 acres for the development of Sugar Land Crossroads.
The warehouse/distribution project at the intersection of Dairy Ashford Rd. and W. Airport Blvd. will consist of two buildings totaling 326,792 sf.
The buildings will offer 32-ft clear heights, shared trailer parking spaces, and a 255-ft truck court.
Completion is slated for spring 2021.
